Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If we have not yet processed and shipped your order, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If your order has already been shipped, you may return the product for a refund, but you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us.
Returns:
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is defective or if there was an error in your order. If you wish to return a product, please contact us to arrange for a return. We will provide you with a refund or replacement product, as appropriate.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery. Additionally, we cannot accept returns for products that were on sale or that were purchased using a promotional code.
Refunds:
If you are eligible for a refund, we will process the refund within 7 business days of receiving the returned product. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used to make the purchase.
Shipping Costs:
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning a product for a refund, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us.
